Herhangi bir nedenle satın aldığınız üründen tam anlamıyla memnun kalmazsanız, iade ve geri ödeme politikamızı incelemenizi rica ederiz.
Aşağıdaki şartlar Bizden satın aldığınız tüm ürünler için geçerlidir.

Tercüme
İlk harfi büyük olan sözcüklerin anlamları aşağıdaki koşullar altında tanımlanmıştır. Aşağıdaki tanımlar, tekil veya çoğul olarak görünmelerine bakılmaksızın aynı anlama sahip olacaktır.
Tanımlar
Bu İade ve Geri Ödeme Politikasının amaçları doğrultusunda:
1. Bu Sözleşmede Şirket (Biz, Bize veya Bizim) olarak anılan Şirket, ON4NET VCARD Generator, Chennai'yi ifade eder.
2. Mal, Hizmet kapsamında satışa sunulan ürünleri ifade eder.
3. Siparişler, Sizin Bizden Mal satın alma talebiniz anlamına gelir.
4. Hizmet, Web Sitesini ifade eder.
5. Web sitesi, https://on4net.com.tr/ adresinden erişilebilen ON4NET VCARD Generator'a atıfta bulunur.
6. Siz, Hizmete erişen veya Hizmeti kullanan kişi veya söz konusu kişinin adına Hizmete erişen veya Hizmeti kullanan şirket veya diğer tüzel kişi anlamına gelir.
Sipariş İptal Haklarınız
Siparişinizi herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeden 7 gün içinde iptal etme hakkına sahipsiniz.
Siparişi iptal etme süresi, Malı teslim aldığınız tarihten veya taşıyıcı olmayan sizin atadığınız üçüncü bir kişinin teslim edilen ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 7 gündür.
İptal hakkınızı kullanabilmeniz için, kararınızı açık bir beyanla Bize bildirmeniz gerekir. Kararınızı bize şu şekilde bildirebilirsiniz:

İade edilen Ürünleri aldığımız günden itibaren en geç 14 gün içinde size geri ödeme yapacağız. Sipariş için kullandığınız ödeme yöntemini kullanacağız ve bu geri ödeme için herhangi bir ücret ödemeyeceksiniz.
İade Koşulları
Ürünlerin iade edilebilmesi için lütfen şunlardan emin olun:
1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
1. The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
